Assemblyman Joseph D. Morelle Secures Funding for Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester
July 14, 2005 Rochester, NY - The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is delighted to announce that it is a recipient of funding from New York State in the amount of $50,000. This funding was obtained through the office of New York State Assemblyman Joseph D. Morelle.
"The arts are vitally important to a community, and the Arts and Cultural Council plays an essential role in supporting and promoting the arts in the Rochester region.” says Assemblyman Morelle. “I am so pleased that I was able to secure this state grant, and look forward to experiencing the positive work that the Arts and Cultural Council helps produce in Rochester."

Lentini, President and CEO of the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester. “This funding supports the Arts & Cultural Council as it undertakes significant initiatives that link the arts with tourism and economic development.”
The mission of the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is to develop, promote and strengthen the cultural industry for the benefit of the people in the Rochester region.
