JP Morgan Chase Awards Grant to
Promote the Arts in Rochester

July 19, 2004, Rochester, NY- The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is pleased to announce that it received $25,000 in funding for marketing initiatives for the arts and cultural sector from JP Morgan Chase.

The funding will support a number of projects, including:

The Arts & Cultural Council Cultural Directory
This brochure features descriptions and contact information for 70 Cultural Organization Members of the Arts Council.

A Guide to Cultural and Historical Venues
This brochure highlights geographical clusters of cultural organizations, businesses and attractions in the Greater Rochester area

Regional Events Calendar at www.artsrochester.org
The Arts Council’s Online Regional Events Calendar lists arts, cultural and entertainment events of Arts Council members in the 10-county region.

The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is the umbrella agency for all of the arts, and serves as a funder, convener, planner and advocate for the arts and cultural community in the 10-county greater Rochester/ Finger Lakes region.
