Arts E-News Submissions

1) To include your event in Arts E-News you must first post your event to the online Regional Events Calendar.

2) Once you have posted your event to the Regional Events Calendar, you will need to send an Arts E-News request to artsenews@artsrochester.org

Include:
• Name
• Organization
• Contact information
• Date and time of the event

Note :
• Event listings are FREE for Arts & Cultural Council members
• General public will be charged a fee of $25 per event listing
• Press releases will not be accepted for Arts E-News


Guidelines for Employment and Residency Postings

Arts & Cultural Council members are welcome to submit employment, residency and volunteer opportunities to Arts E-News.

1) Send postings to artsenews@artsrochester.org (Include “Job Posting” in the subject line of your email).

Include:
• Organization Name
• Job Title
• Job Description / Requirements
• How to Apply

Note:
Employment, residency, and volunteer opportunities submitted to Arts E-News will be added to the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester’s website and will remain on the website for one month after the initial posting date, unless otherwise indicated.
